Once the course is purchased, cancellation is not applicable as access is granted immediately to the digital content.

We do not offer refunds for recorded lectures or digital content once purchased, except in the following cases:

If you are charged twice for the same course.
If you do not receive access within 24 hours of payment and support fails to resolve it within 3 working days.
