Welcome to VFX with Abhishek. By accessing our website and enrolling in our online courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

This website is owned and operated by Abhishek Patidar, providing access to recorded online VFX training.

2. Eligibility

By using this website and purchasing any course, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years old, or accessing under the supervision of a guardian
Legally eligible to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws

3. Course Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the recorded course within 1 to 6 hours.
Course access is granted only to the registered user and cannot be shared, resold, or redistributed.
We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access if misuse or sharing of content is detected.

4. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
We do not store any of your credit/debit card or UPI details.
Prices are displayed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Once purchased, no cancellations or refunds are allowed as the course is digital and access is granted immediately.
Refunds are only provided if:
- Duplicate payment is made
- Access is not provided within 24 hours and remains unresolved within 3 business days

6. Intellectual Property

All course content including videos, designs, graphics, logos, and materials are the intellectual property of VFX with Abhishek.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the content without written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Copy, download, or share the course content without permission
Use the website for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer any part of the website

Violation of these terms may lead to:

Immediate suspension or termination of your access
Legal action for damages or infringement

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the course will make you a professional VFX artist or guarantee job placement. We are not responsible for:

Technical issues on your device or internet
Loss of data from your end
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes implies your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh (or your location if you’d like to change this).
